​To ensure the best possible service and a clear understanding of our optical services, please review the following policies before placing your eyewear order.

1. All Sales Are Final
All eyewear purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on glasses, lenses, or other optical purchases.

2. Eyeglass Remakes
We offer one remake within 60 days of the original purchase date if adjustments or corrections are needed to address an issue with your glasses. Remakes are subject to review and approval by our optical department.

Any additional remakes within the 60-day period will be offered at a 50% discount off the original purchase price.

3. Frame Exchanges
If you decide you do not like your frame, you may exchange it within 60 days of the original purchase date, subject to approval by our optical department.

If you choose a different frame, you will be responsible for purchasing new lenses. Replacement lenses will be offered at 50% off the regular lens price. Additional charges may apply for lens upgrades or other changes.

4. Patient Acknowledgment
By placing an optical order with Weiner Eye Group, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our optical policies.
